Contract will be terminated if seller does not receive all monies due at the time the puppy is 7 weeks of age. Limited registration will be given with all puppies unless other arrangements have been made.

We guarantee the health of this dog for a period of five days from date of pick-up for communicable disease, and up to 1 year of age for genetic and congenital problems. To maintain this guarantee, puppy must be vet checked within 5 days of the purchase date. If this puppy is not checked within 5 days of purchase date, this contract is null and void.

In the event said puppy has any life-threatening disease, a letter from the examining vet with the puppy and all related paperwork- must be returned to the seller within 48 hours. Failure to provide a letter voids the contract. Seller does not pay for any veterinarian costs or fees. No cash refunds will be made.

The Seller will then give buyer a replacement puppy of equal value and the same gender, from the next available litter. Replacement Warranty will be terminated if puppy was abused, neglected, or does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records.

Umbilical Hernias and tight nostrils are very common with the Shih Tzu breed. They are neither life threateningnor genetichereditary. Shih Tzu commonly snort, sniffle, snore. A clear discharge is normal, especially when the puppy is teething. Tight nostrils are very common and normally open and correct as your puppy matures. Open Fontanels (soft spots in the skull) are also common, and close as your puppy matures. It is up to each new pet owner to decide if they would like to fix an umbilical hernia at the time of spay or neuter.Ido notcover any type of vet bills; the decision to fix anumbilical herniais up to the new owner.

If purchased as a pet, buyer agrees to neuter or spay this puppy before 6 months of age, and agrees and guarantees that this puppy will not be used for stud or breeding.

The Seller makes no guarantee the puppy/dog you purchase will be a good show dog or a successful breeder. Nor can the Seller guarantee what size or color a puppy will be at maturity, if it will have the personality you desire, if it will adjust satisfactorily to its new environment, or have no behavioral problems.
